At Coteme, we take pride in delivering premium coffee and handcrafted cookies made with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure quality and safety for all customers.
1. Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once orders have been delivered.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a refund or replacement if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect item was delivered
- Order is missing items
To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Minor variations in product appearance as items are handcrafted
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been processed or prepared, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping Issues
Coteme is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, incorrect address provided, or recipient unavailability. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
